Altama Delta Corporation was founded in 1969 in Darien, Georgia where the Altamaha River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Originally a children's shoe plant, the facility was converted to manufacture green jungle boots for U.S. Soldiers stationed in Vietnam.

We moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1987, and today we design and manufacture military spec, high performance combat, tactical and police duty boots, some available in 133 different sizes.

Sage ALTAMA’s Sage Footwear is designed for the men and women serving in the Air Force. From our Original Ripple Sole Design to our lightweight EXOSpeed II, we have you covered on the ground and in the air.	Deserts ALTAMA’s Desert Boots were originally created for Desert Storm and have evolved to include several versatile, durable and comfortable styles. Currently, many of these boots are used worldwide to fight the War on Terror.
Mountain ALTAMA’s Mountain Brown Footwear includes the all-terrain assault hiker for extreme conditions and the causal comfort shoe for after-duty.	Olive ALTAMA’s Olive Footwear is available in the USMC olive green color including the certified boot with the EGA stamp and a casual style for off-duty wear.
All Leathers ALTAMA Combat boots are made to withstand the toughest conditions of both battle and the environment.	Jungles ALTAMA Jungle Boots are available in both Black and Olive Drab with a variety of sole patterns, such as our Heavy Duty Sierra Sole and our Traditional Vulcanized Panama Sole.
Made in the USA ALTAMA proudly manufactures Berry Amendment compliant products in a variety of styles and colors which are all 100% Made in the USA.	Mil-Spec ALTAMA has been supplying military specification footwear since 1969 to the Department of Defense including the Traditional Vulcanized Panama Sole and the current 3 Layer Sole.
Ripples ALTAMA has manufactured one of the most comfortable combat boots ever produced for over a decade now. Made using the same techniques as our Jungle Boots, but with the sole you asked us to make.	Hoplite® ALTAMA’s Desert Hoplite® Series was developed as core equipment for the modern day hoplite; the American warrior. Built from the ground up, these combat boots are designed to exceed the needs of the most well trained fighting force the world has ever known.
EXOSpeed ALTAMA’s EXOSpeed Series mixes the best of trail running shoes with the proven performance of combat boots to achieve lightweight slip resistant footwear.	LITESpeed ALTAMA’s LITESpeed series is specifically designed with hot weather in mind.
